Coronavirus Important message

 

We would like to assure our customers that we are taking the Coronavirus very seriously.

 

Our engineers are aware of and are following current Government and NHS advice.

 

To help avoid the spread of the Coronavirus and to try and protect our staff and customers as far as possible we are asking that if you arrange an appointment for us to visit your property please advise us if :

 

You or anyone that lives or works at the premises has travelled from a high risk area or is suffering with the symptoms associated with the virus, or has come in to contact with someone who is suffering and is self isolating.

 

Or If you have arranged an appointment and develop symptoms before a visit please call us prior to our arrival and we can rearrange the visit once it is safe to do so.
